To start, chill an old fashioned glass. Meanwhile, gather the following:
- 2 ounces Sake
- 2 ounces lemonade
- 10-15 pieces of Mint leaves
- 5 lemon wedges
- ¾ cup of ice
In a larger glass, get about ¼ cup of ice. Squeeze 4 of the 5 lemon wedges to get the juice out. Take your mint leaves and crumple them to let their aroma out. Add the leaves to the lemon juice. Lastly, add your Sake.
Cover your glass with the shaker and shake them vigorously for about 7 seconds. Take a strainer and cover the mouth of the shaker with it.
